.Minutes of A.G.M held at the sports ground on Sat 28th March 2010at 6.30pm.

 

9 Members present.

 

APOLOGIES:  from Steve Cockley, Ray Southon, Hughie McGuire, Tony Bowers and Kevin.

 

Minutes of last meeting already circulated.

 

REPORT ON SEASON 2009:  Results went well with some good all round performances.We only played a couple of games with shortage of players.

It was noted that there were again many arguments, not only within our own team but with the opposition. Colin had done really well with the fixtures

but we had let the club down by not upholding the spirit of the game and enjoying the day.

 

 

REPORT ON SEASON 2010:

 

Fixture list was circulated and is available to view on the website. There are 4 vacant dates and it was agreed that we hold a 20/20 tournament

on the vacant date in August.

 

ELECTIONS:

 

Adam was voted in as Captain with Daniel vice-captain.

 

TREASURERS REPORT:

 

All is well as far as we knew. It was decided to keep signing on fees at £35.00 but increase match fees to £7.00 per game.

Hughie was donating money towards a tractor so we should keep a eye out for one.

 

ANY OTHER BUSINESS:

 

The argument factor was raised again and it was decided to have card system, that is if a player becomes too argumental then he would be given a yellow card for the

offence then if it persisted he would be given a red card whereas he would then incur a 2 match ban and be asked to be seen by the commitee of 3.

 

It was agreed to have a work day on Sunday 11th April and we should get the footballers involved.
